HELLO, PERFORMERS & CREATIVES!

Let's get you out of your head, and into the room.

There's a lot to hold when you're performing — your lines or lyrics, your blocking, the lights, the pacing, and somewhere in there, the actual people in front of you. It's a lot to manage, and often presence is the first thing to go.

I'm Dhana, a speaking, facilitation and performance coach rooted in theatre, education and human connection.

By the time we're done, you'll know how to ground yourself, let go and actually enjoy being on stage.

Let’s build something great together

Almost everyone who comes to me about performance is carrying some version of the same things. You might recognize a few of these:

You're juggling a lot at once — your lines or lyrics, your movement, the lights, the pacing — and somewhere in the middle of managing it all, you lose the thread of just being here.

You're chasing perfect, when what actually connects with an audience is you, fully present, not flawless.

You know your material, but you're not always sure how to structure a performance so it builds and has an arc (and not just a string of moments).

You want your audience to feel seen by you, but you're not sure how to make that happen in the moment.

You want to take real risks — the kind that transform a performance — but vulnerability on stage doesn't feel easy.

You've been told to "just relax" more times than you can count, and it's never really helped you ground yourself.

And more than anything, you want to truly enjoy being up there (and not just survive it).

One-on-one presentation coaching for authentic delivery

"I have absolutely loved working with Dhana. I was given — from our first encounter — actionable things to work on.

It helped me get out of my head and into my body. Now I feel relaxed on stage and able to be present (where the magic happens!)."

Inside the Sessions

Coaching with me is collaborative and tailored. I meet you where you are and build from there — drawing on tools from theatre, education, performance, and communication to find the combination that creates real breakthroughs for you.

Sessions are practical and hands-on. We might work on:

— Grounding techniques to bring you back into your body, even mid-performance
— Structuring your performance so it builds — pacing, content and a real arc that suits your audience and performance type
— Practicing how to actually see and connect with your audience, not just perform in front of them
— Getting out of your head and managing everything you're holding like lines, lyrics, movement, lights — without losing presence
— Getting comfortable taking real risks and being vulnerable on stage
— Practicing key parts of what you're preparing to perform
— Breathing and vocal exercises, to help you prepare, ground yourself and calm nerves
— Creating a plan with actionable steps to keep you accountable

Before each session I review your intake and prepare specifically for you, your material and your goals, so we can use our time together as effectively as possible.

Beyond our sessions: I may give you homework to practice, rehearse and refine. Growth happens not just during our time together but in how you apply what you're learning.

I work online via Zoom, or in-person in Edmonton, Alberta by prior arrangement.
