HELLO, PERFORMERS & CREATIVES!
Let's get you out of your head,
and into the room.
There's a lot to hold when you're performing — your lines or lyrics, your blocking, the lights, the pacing, and most importantly, the actual people in front of you. Coaching support makes it easier to show up and share yourself with presence and ease.
Here’s where I come in…
I'm Dhana, a speaking, facilitation and performance coach rooted in theatre, education and human connection.
My own background is in theatre performance and direction, so I’ve experienced first-hand what it takes to stay present under pressure.
I've chased "perfect" on stage myself, and I know exactly how much it can get in the way of really connecting with an audience.
My approach is collaborative and hands-on. We build from wherever you're starting.
By the time we're done, you'll know how to ground yourself, let go and actually enjoy being on stage.
Let’s work through whatever is holding you back
Almost everyone who comes to me about performance is carrying some version of the same things (so you’re not alone!) —
You might recognize some of these roadblocks:
It feels like you’re juggling a lot at once — your lines or lyrics, your movement, the lights, the pacing, and sometimes the thread of just being here.
You're chasing perfect, when what actually connects with an audience is you, being your authentic self.
You know your material, but you're not always sure how to structure a performance so it builds and has a clear arc from beginning to end.
The stakes feel high but you want to take real risks — the kind that transform a performance — and vulnerability on stage feels uncomfortable.
It’s hard to ground yourself when nerves take over.
And more than anything, you want to truly enjoy being up there, sharing your talents with the world.
"I have absolutely loved working with Dhana. I was given — from our first encounter — actionable things to work on.
It helped me get out of my head and into my body. Now I feel relaxed on stage and able to be present (where the magic happens!)."

Performance Coaching
How we’ll work together
Coaching with me is collaborative and tailored.
I meet you where you are and build from there — drawing on tools from theatre, education, performance, and communication to find the combination that creates real breakthroughs for you.
Before each session, I review your intake and prepare specifically for you, your material and your goals, so we can use our time together as effectively as possible.
I work online via Zoom, or in-person in Edmonton, Alberta by prior arrangement.
Inside the Sessions
Sessions are practical and hands-on. Together, we may work on:
— Structuring your performance so that it builds and suits your audience and performance type
— Grounding techniques that bring you back into your body
— Integrating ways to connect with your audience and authentically engage with them
— Getting out of your head and managing everything you're holding like lines, lyrics, movement, lights — without losing presence
— Getting comfortable taking risks and being vulnerable on stage
— Breathing and vocal exercises to help you calm your nerves
…and whatever else feels important to you in the moment, because our sessions are about YOU.
Beyond our sessions:
You may have homework, so you can practice, rehearse and refine (and to keep you accountable). Your growth happens not just during our time together but in how you apply what you're learning.
1:1 Coaching Sessions tailored to you and what you’re working on

Meet Dhana —
Speaking, Facilitation and Performance Coach
Welcome to Real Arc Studio, a coaching practice rooted in theatre, story and human connection.
I work with professionals, creatives and educators to build practical skills and an easy-to-follow process — so presenting feels confident, grounded and more like you.
My approach is supportive and deeply individual. I'm not reading from a generic playbook.
Everything starts with what's already there in you — what you do well, what makes you great, where you hold back, and what your particular message needs to come alive.
Let’s Connect
In a free 15-minute Zoom consult, we'll talk through what you're preparing for, where you feel stuck, and what "being present on stage" would actually look like for you..
