WEBINAR HOSTS & ONLINE PRESENTERS

Let’s make them love your webinar (instead of waiting to log off)

Presenting through a screen is a different skill than presenting in a room — no faces to read, no laughter bouncing back, and it's way too easy for people to quietly check out. You need real ways to keep them with you.

I'm Dhana, a speaking, facilitation and performance coach rooted in theatre, education and human connection.

By the time we're done, you'll have tools that actually work to keep people engaged through the screen.

Let’s build something great together

Almost everyone who comes to me for webinar support is carrying some version of the same things. You might recognize a few of these:

You can't see faces, so you genuinely have no idea if people are with you or three tabs deep into their email.

You default to just talking through your slides, because when there's no live feedback, what else is there to go on?

You worry you come across flatter on camera than you actually are — like the screen ate some parts of your personality.

Your slides all look the same and you’re unsure if they have any visual impact.

You want real, creative ways to bring your audience in — polls, pauses, moments of actual interaction — not just tips to "sound more energetic."

And more than anything, you want to feel like yourself on screen, and not like you're performing a stiffer, inauthentic version of yourself for a camera.

One-on-one presentation coaching for authentic delivery

“Having another set of eyes and ears was invaluable - along with unbiased guidance I received.

I feel much more confident on-camera and now have some handy tools and techniques. I fully recommend working with Dhana - a talented professional coach.”

Inside the Sessions

Coaching with me is collaborative and tailored. I meet you where you are and build from there — drawing on tools from theatre, education, performance, and communication to find the combination that creates real breakthroughs for you.

Sessions are practical and hands-on. We might work on:

— Building real interaction into your webinar, not just delivering information at your audience
— Reading engagement without any visual feedback to go on
— Finding your natural, on-camera presence and energy
— Structuring your content for attention spans easily distracted by tabs, notifications and "just one quick email"
— Practicing key parts of what you're preparing to deliver
— Incorporating visuals and slides that support you, not upstage you
— Breathing and vocal exercises, to help you prepare and calm nerves
— Creating a plan with actionable steps to keep you accountable

Before each session I review your intake and prepare specifically for you, your material and your goals, so we can use our time together as effectively as possible.

Beyond our sessions: I may give you homework to practice, rehearse and refine. Growth happens not just during our time together but in how you apply what you're learning.

I work online via Zoom, or in-person in Edmonton, Alberta by prior arrangement.
