HELLO, FACILITATORS & WORKSHOP LEADERS!

You know your stuff.
Now let’s build a workshop that
moves people

Whether you're designing a workshop, leading a training or coaching program, or designing an online course, you want your content to actually land — and create a real shift that stays with your audience long after the session ends.

Here’s where I come in…

I'm Dhana, a speaking, facilitation and performance coach rooted in theatre, education and human connection.

I've spent 15+ years in theatre and applied education, facilitating groups and designing curriculum — so I understand how to structure a session that both teaches and transforms.

And I've sat in enough workshops to know what works to fully engage an audience.

My approach is collaborative and hands-on. We build from wherever you're starting.

By the time we're done, you'll know exactly how to structure your material, and how to reach the people in front of you.

What gets in the way?

Almost everyone who comes to me with a workshop to deliver is carrying some version of the same things (so you’re not alone!) —

You might recognize a few of these:

You know your material inside-out — but need help structuring it into something that engages, rather than informs.

There’s a lot to cover, and you're not always sure how to edit and pace it so people stay with you the whole way.

You default to talking at your group, and want to bring people into the material and make learning accessible.

When a room goes quiet or loses energy partway through, you’re not sure how to turn it around.

You need activities and exercises that reinforce what you're teaching and give your audience a full and enriching experience.

You want to create a workshop that works — one you can run again and again, with different rooms, and know that it'll connect.

And more than anything, you want the support of someone who understands you, your subject matter and how people actually learn — and can help you bring it all together.

One-on-one presentation coaching for authentic delivery

How we’ll work together

Coaching with me is collaborative and tailored.

I meet you where you are and build from there — drawing on tools from theatre, education, performance, and communication to find the combination that creates real breakthroughs for you.

Before each session, I review your intake and prepare specifically for you, your material and your goals, so we can use our time together as effectively as possible.

I work online via Zoom, or in-person in Edmonton, Alberta by prior arrangement.

Inside the Sessions

Sessions are practical and hands-on. Together we may work on:

Structuring your content into a workshop that fully engages people
Editing and pacing so a room stays with you from start to finish
Understanding your audience, and finding creative ways to bring them in
Designing activities and exercises and support materials that reinforce what you're teaching
Reading group energy and working with it in the moment
Building a repeatable workshop you can run again and again, with confidence
Breathing and vocal exercises, to help you prepare and calm your nerves

…and whatever else feels important to you in the moment, because our sessions are about YOU.

Beyond our sessions:
You may have homework, so you can practice, rehearse and refine (and keep you accountable). Your growth happens not just during our time together but in how you apply what you're learning.

Speaking, Facilitation and Performance Coach

Welcome to Real Arc Studio, a coaching practice rooted in theatre, story and human connection.

I work with professionals, creatives and educators to build practical skills and an easy-to-follow process — so presenting feels confident, grounded and more like you.

My approach is supportive and deeply individual. I'm not reading from a generic playbook.

Everything starts with what's already there in you — what you do well, what makes you great, where you hold back, and what your particular message needs to come alive.
